Learning Solution Architect

Location: United States

SweetRush has an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our Client Solutions team!

Who We Are

At SweetRush, we believe that when you put people at the center of business, magic happens. As a global leader in learning and development, we blend high-end storytelling, emerging tech like AI and VR, and deep psychological insights to help organizations—from iconic global brands to essential nonprofits—flourish. We are a remote-first, tight-knit community built on a foundation of radical empathy and creative excellence. Our work isn’t just about the awards we win with incredible partners such as Hilton, Google, Bridgestone, Adidas, SHRM, and numerous others; it’s about balancing profit with a genuine desire to spread good in the world. If you are a caring innovator who believes work should be life-centered and impactful, then this is where you come in…

About the Opportunity

The Solution Architect (SA) is a key member of the Client Solutions team, the team within SweetRush tasked with designing brilliant solutions for our clients’ challenges and converting client inquiries to closed business. SAs partner with the client and internal stakeholders to co-create a learning solution, budget, and project plan that address the client’s goals, challenges, and constraints. This individual embodies the SweetRush culture and is a key partner to SweetRush clients throughout their experience.

Do you love to craft solutions, strategize, and ‘win’ in competitive bidding situations? Are you great at building trust with others? Do you get excited about presenting your creative and fun ideas? Will you bring a sense of humor and a calm demeanor in the face of timeline-driven challenges?

The SA is involved in the beginning, crafting solutions, and in this capacity will affect a significant number of projects. However, at some point, you will hand off the project to the project team, so you will not be hands-on in further development. Being consultative and impacting a lot of projects, but not doing the actual development, must be appealing to you.

Responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and crafting client solutions can be a demanding job that often is timeline-driven and exists within the context of ‘competition.’ Does this energize you or stress you out? If it energizes, read on!

Location: United States - Remote Contract Type: Full-Time Employee Start Date: ASAP Salary:  $110,000

SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and be available during established working hours.

  • Consulting and Solution Design:
    • Apply instructional design expertise and SweetRush capabilities to develop solutions for clients’ training challenges.

  • Account Management for Business Development:

Product Prize Designer (First Principles Thinker) at XPRIZE

Designs and develops large-scale global incentive competitions by applying first-principles thinking, research, and quantitative analysis to solve complex problems across energy, health, food, and other impact areas.

What this role involves

XPRIZE Overview

XPRIZE is an established global leader in designing and executing large-scale competitions to solve humanity’s greatest challenges. As a 501©3, our unique model democratizes innovation by incentivizing crowd-sourced, scientifically viable solutions to create a more equitable and abundant future for all.  Since our founding in 1994, we’ve launched $519 million in prize competitions that are driving more than $31 billion in social and economic impact — a 60x return on philanthropic investment. These competitions not only de-risk early-stage breakthrough ideas but also mobilize capital, talent, and momentum to accelerate solutions from concept to real-world scale.

We operate across 5 areas of impact, including:

  • Deep Tech + Exploration
  • Energy + Climate + Nature
  • Food + Water + Waste
  • Health
  • Learning + Society

Join XPRIZE to help create meaningful impact as we strive to empower humanity to achieve breakthroughs and architect a more equitable and abundant future for all.

Position Description

XPRIZE is seeking a First-Principles Prize Designer to lead the development of bold, high-impact global incentive competitions that accelerate innovation for the benefit of humanity. The role functions as a product manager for Prize Design projects, combining research, quantitative reasoning, design thinking, and communication to produce competition designs that target the breakthroughs behind an equitable and abundant future.

What sets this role apart is how the work starts. Faced with a new problem, you start by building your own understanding from the ground up before turning to the literature. You develop a working sense of the problem’s scale and structure early, apply order-of-magnitude estimates and “whiteboard” the first-order math — enough to judge which incentives and metrics will meaningfully move the needle — then test those ideas against the world’s leading experts. Every prize shares some common themes, and you’re energized by the thought of being flexible and adaptable enough to apply that mental model across five diverse areas of impact at XPRIZE. You work closely with XPRIZE domain leaders and technology staff to explain your framing of the problem, refine the implications of your findings, and in doing so, create the next great XPRIZE.

From a technical perspective, the ideal candidate thinks like a scientist and communicates like a generalist. You are able to build a credible working model of an unfamiliar problem quickly, and know when to go deeper. This allows you to move (for example) from designing a prize around the next breakthrough in fusion energy, to the effects of AI on society, to biotech for spaceflight, all in the same year.

The First-Principles Prize Designer leads end-to-end design, from initial ideation through the XPRIZE Global Visioneering process, to delivery of the final design report. You steward every phase: defining the problem, choosing the most effective prize direction, setting competition criteria, establishing phases and milestones, and building budgets across the full lifecycle of a prize. You ensure that each concept is well-researched, feasible, fundable, and positioned to win funding from a future sponsor. You report to the Prize Design Director and work within structured, accelerated timelines alongside a Project Manager, Domain Leads, Advancement, and cross-functional partners in finance, marketing, and operations. The role also involves regular engagement with sponsors and subject matter experts to keep technical rigor and strategic impact aligned.

Prize Designers also steward XPRIZE’s design methodology, refining internal processes, capturing lessons learned, and representing the approach through thought leadership, workshops, and publications. Beyond individual projects, they contribute to organization-wide efforts such as Global Visioneering and other ideation that surfaces future XPRIZE opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of XPRIZE competitions, from framing the problem and defining success metrics to conducting research, engaging stakeholders, shaping the prize model, and producing final design documentation. Work within a structured design process guided by the Prize Design Director and seek Director input at key decision points to stay aligned with organizational priorities and quality standards.
  • Operate with a high degree of self-direction between check-ins with the Prize Design Director. Proactively surface blockers, risks, and decisions that need Director input rather than waiting for scheduled touchpoints.
  • Adapt quickly when the Prize Design Director reprioritizes projects or shifts design direction mid-cycle, maintaining momentum and timelines.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with the Project Manager so deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams and collaborators, keeping alignment with Domain Leads, leadership, and Advancement on strategy, content, and positioning. Fold operational, financial, and communications inputs from Finance, Marketing, and Operations into the prize model and documentation.
  • Identify and engage external experts and stakeholders, including designing and facilitating workshops, technical interviews, and other participatory research to inform design choices.
  • Facilitate productive sponsor relationships as requested, with clear communication, updates, and deliverables that align with sponsor goals and XPRIZE standards.
  • Contribute to organization-wide ideation and concept development such as Global Visioneering and prize ideation/ “Moonshot” workshops.
  • Maintain and improve XPRIZE’s prize design methodology by staying fluent in current processes and documentation, capturing lessons learned from past and active designs, and updating tools and practices. Serve as an internal resource on the prize design process and keep core documentation current.
  • Elevate XPRIZE’s prize design process externally through presentations, publications, website content, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • First-principles reasoning: builds a working understanding of an unfamiliar problem from first principles — developing a credible sense of scale, feasibility, and impact potential early enough to make good design decisions before investing significant time.
  • Cross-disciplinary range: moves comfortably across unrelated fields (e.g. Energy/Nature/Climate to Learning/Society) and knows how to reach design-credible competence in a new domain fast.
  • Education: Masters’ degree in a STEM field required. Recent PhD/post-doc encouraged. Candidates with equivalent analytical experience in rigorous, research-driven fields will be considered. Exceptional analytical and research experience in related disciplines may substitute for the education requirement.
  • Demonstrates basic ability to use dimensional analysis or order-of-magnitude estimates to constrain a new problem. The prepared candidate will benefit from a working level familiarity with the themes of “Order of Magnitude Physics: Understanding the World with Dimensional Analysis, Educated Guesswork and White Lies (Goldreich et al., available online for free).
  • Applies research, analytical, and creative problem-solving in fields such as engineering, physical or life sciences, data science, economics, or other rigor-driven domains.
  • Strong design and design-thinking skills: problem definition, decomposition into sub-problems, identifying the right problem to solve, and combining creative and analytical methods to find design elements.
  • Command of core product management: budgeting, contractual compliance, client relations, and project design, execution, evaluation, and delivery.
  • Produces high-quality research, analysis, and design deliverables under compressed timelines without losing rigor or accuracy.
  • Runs several active projects at once and reprioritizes quickly when organizational needs shift, keeping a direct supervisor informed when timelines are at risk or scope is evolving.
  • Comfortable taking direction from a senior design leader and executing independently within it. Knows what to decide alone and what to escalate.
  • Communicates clearly and credibly with experts and external stakeholders, orally and in writing, and matches style and standards to the audience.
  • Exceptionally strong technical presentation skills: able to adapt depth and framing for expert and non-expert audiences equally.
  • Familiar with research and data platforms (e.g. Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus) and AI assisted research functions (e.g. Gemini Deep Research). Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and quick to pick up new productivity, research, and collaboration tools.

Competencies required for this role:

  • First-Principles Reasoning
  • Order-of-Magnitude Estimation
  • Analytical Problem-Solving
  • Feasibility Judgment
  • Cross-Disciplinary Range
  • Manages Ambiguity and Complexity
  • Nimble Learning, even in a new field
  • Situational Adaptability
  • Global Perspective
  • Communicates Effectively and Professionally
  • Collaborates Internally and Externally
  • Drives Vision and Purpose

Why Work at XPRIZE:

In addition to working for a mission-driven company that catalyzes industries, pushes innovation forward, and is creating an abundant and equitable future, we offer the following benefits:

  • Remote-first environment (must live and work in the United States)
  • Quarterly company-paid All-Hands meetings in Los Angeles for frequent in-person collaboration
  • Employee and dependent medical, dental, and vision options
  • A 401(K) program with employer match
  • Ample paid time off, including vacation, floating holidays, sick days, and company-paid holidays
  • An Employee Assistance Program for confidential, professional support with personal, family, or other challenges
  • Employee stipends/reimbursements for cell phone, internet, health & wellbeing, and learning & development
  • Generous Paid Parental Leave for all employees welcoming a new child to their family
  • One meeting-free block per week and four focus weeks per year to ensure uninterrupted time for strategic projects

The anticipated base salary for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 and may also qualify for an annualincentive. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience for therole, level of education attained, and certifications and/or other licenses held. XPRIZE is a remote-first environment. All employees must be authorized to work in the United States and work from within the United States full-time.

The XPRIZE FOUNDATION is an equal opportunity employer and does not unlawfully discriminate in employment. Equal access to employment, services, and programs is available to all persons. Those applicants requiring reasonable accommodation to the application and/or interview process should notify a representative of the organization.

Please note: Though submitting a resume to the XPRIZE FOUNDATION implies that you are interested in a position(s), it does not imply that you are an applicant. You are not considered an applicant until you have been contacted directly by a Talent Acquisitions representative requesting that you begin the designated application process, which may involve phone and/or in-person interview(s), job-related testing, and background checks.

Owns the self-serve product experience end-to-end, using data and experimentation to reduce friction, improve activation, and drive customer adoption.

What this role involves

About Customer.io

Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day. Customer.io powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.

About the role

Hi, my name is Megan Berry, Senior Director of Product Management at Customer.io, and I’m looking for a Product Manager to improve how customers experience their first weeks with us. Our self-serve business is a growing part of how customers discover and adopt Customer.io, and this role sits at the center of that motion, working alongside our Senior PM on the self-serve pod. You’ll have real ownership over a defined slice of the journey, with the data, experimentation muscle, and cross-functional partners to move it.

What we value

  • Customer empathy — you dig into what’s actually slowing customers down, not just what the dashboard says.
  • Bias to experiment — you’d rather run a test than debate an opinion.
  • Clear communication — you make complex tradeoffs easy for others to follow.
  • Ownership without ego — you drive your area forward and know when to ask for help.

What you’ll do

  • Own the product experience of the self-serve journey for a defined set of surfaces — from signup and onboarding through activation and upgrade.
  • Find and resolve friction points using data, experimentation, and customer insight.
  • Define and track success metrics for activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Partner with Marketing, CX, and Design to keep the experience consistent across touchpoints.
  • Work with Engineering to scope and deliver improvements that reduce time-to-value.
  • Run A/B tests and growth experiments to find what drives conversion and engagement.
  • Communicate priorities and progress clearly across teams and leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with self-serve or product-led growth exposure.
  • Experience using or developing AI-powered tooling in your product workflow
  • A track record of improving activation or retention metrics.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation skills — data-driven but comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Marketing, and CX.
  • A clear communicator who simplifies complexity and drives alignment.
  • Deep curiosity about what helps customers succeed.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a remote, async-first environment.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $137k–$156k USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.

Zone 1: $164,400–$187,200.

Zone 2: $150,700–$171,600.

Zone 3: $137,000–$156,000.

We know our people are what make us great, and we’re committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

See full benefits here →

Our Process

No gotchas, no trick questions - just a clear, human process designed to help both of us make an informed decision.

  1. 30-minute call with a Recruiter
  2. 30-minute video call with the Hiring Manager
  3. 60-minute Product Case discussion with Engineering team members
  4. 60-minute Product Case Review call with a panel

All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check and employment verifications as part of our pre-employment process.

Customer.io recognizes the stifling impact of systemic injustice on diverse communities. We commit to using our influence to increase inclusion and equity within the tech industry. We strive to build an inclusive team culture, implement bias-free hiring practices, and develop community partnerships to expand our global impact.

Technical Product Manager owns the end-to-end data lifecycle for a device intelligence platform, from signal collection through APIs and analytics dashboards.

What this role involves

Fingerprint empowers developers to stop online fraud at the source.

We work on turning radical new ideas in the fraud detection space into reality. Our products are developer-focused and our clients range from solo developers to publicly traded companies. We are a globally dispersed, 100% remote company with a strong open-source focus. Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (27K stars on GitHub).

We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures (previously invested in Tesla, Facebook, Airbnb ), Nexus Venture Partners (previously invested in Postman, Apollo.io, MinIO, Druva) and Uncorrelated Ventures (previously invested in Redis, Rollbar & Gradle).

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates’ personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Fingerprint recruiting email communications will always come from the @fingerprint.com domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored.

Technical Product Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end data lifecycle for our device intelligence platform — from how signals are collected in the field, through storage and processing, to the query and reporting experiences our customers and internal teams rely on every day.

What you’ll own:

Data pipeline & infrastructure

Drive the roadmap for device data collection through our JS Agent — defining instrumentation contracts, managing schema evolution, and ensuring reliable delivery to our Server APIs. You’ll own the program across ingestion, storage, and processing, working closely with engineering to balance reliability, cost, and scale.

Analytics Dashboard, Server APIs, & MCP Query Experiences

Partner with product and design to define what users can see and do with their device data. You’ll translate customer feedback and internal needs into a prioritized roadmap for our Analytics Dashboard, Server APIs, and MCP experiences — covering query UX, report templates, data freshness SLAs, and export flows. You’ll also be responsible for the smooth completion of our customer migration between major Server API versions.

Roadmap & prioritization

Maintain a clear, well-reasoned roadmap across four interconnected surfaces (JS Agent, Server APIs, Dashboard, MCP Server). You’ll run quarterly planning, write crisp PRDs, manage dependencies across teams, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.

Launch & customer enablement

Coordinate with product marketing to plan and execute launches — from go-to-market timing and messaging alignment to post-launch enablement. You’ll own documentation updates and help drive internal- and customer-facing training materials and best practices content, ensuring customers can actually adopt what we ship. This means working across engineering, PMM, and customer success to keep education artifacts current and sequenced with the release calendar.

Background Specific To This Role:

  • Big data pipelines: You have a deep understanding of big data pipelines and the collection, storage, and query requirements that shape product decisions at scale
  • Data analytics products: You have experience as a PM on data analytics products. Experience with identity, anti-fraud, or data intelligence platforms is a strong plus
  • Experience with event-level data APIs: you understand APIs as a query and retrieval layer over high-volume behavioral or identity event streams, including filtering by visitor, time range, and metadata flags
  • API-as-data-product thinking: you can reason about what query capabilities and payload fields matter to enterprise customers, how downstream analytics pipelines consume structured event data, and where API design decisions create long-term friction or stickiness
  • Server-side API fluency at scale: you are familiar with rate limiting, regional data residency, authentication patterns, and pagination as product constraints, not just engineering concerns

Product Management General Skills:

  • Education: You have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience. MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
  • Product experience: You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on an existing product through a growth or scaling phase
  • Technical fluency: You have enough technical depth to have credible conversations with engineers about APIs, architecture, and system constraints without needing everything translated
  • Stakeholder navigation: You have experience managing competing priorities across multiple audiences — individual contributors, managers, and executives — and can drive alignment without direct authority
  • Customer focus: You have a demonstrated track record of translating customer needs into shipped product, through direct research, sales partnership, or usage data
  • Data fluency: You have experience defining and tracking product metrics, and using data to prioritize roadmap decisions and separate signal from noise
  • Roadmap ownership: You have experience making and defending tradeoff decisions under real resource constraints and competing stakeholder demands
  • Go-to-market partnership: You have experience working with sales and marketing on launches, pricing inputs, or positioning, and understand how product decisions affect the commercial motion

For US-based employees , the cash base compensation range for this role is $126,000 - $170,000. We set standard ranges for all US roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. To comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. However, these ranges are specific to the hiring location and may differ within or outside the US. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Offers vary depending on, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions.

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there’s a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.

We are dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment for everyone. We embrace and celebrate the unique experiences, perspectives and cultural backgrounds that each employee brings to our workplace. Fingerprint strives to foster an environment where our employees feel respected, valued and empowered, and our team members are at the forefront in helping us promote and sustain an inclusive workplace. We highly encourage people from underrepresented groups in tech to apply.

What this role involves

Product Manager — AI Products

BuzzBoard  ¡  Remote (WFH)  ¡  Product

About BuzzBoard

BuzzBoard builds AI products for the B2SMB market — helping agencies, media companies, and sellers understand small businesses and market to them at a level of personalization that wasn’t previously economical.

Our platform is built on frontier models end to end. Not AI features bolted onto a legacy product — the products are agent systems.

Our products span multi-agent marketing content generation, real-time AI voice intake, and pre- and post-sales intelligence for SMBs — Zylo, IRIS, Ignite, and Ember. They share a common internal pipeline for orchestration, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, and deployment, and a spec-driven development process that treats agent behavior as a first-class design artifact.

The role

This is a Product Manager role for people who build, not just specify.

Two things are equally true about how we work, and both are non-negotiable expectations of this role:

1. The products you own are agent systems, and they are non-deterministic. Your design surface is prompts, tool definitions, retrieval strategy, schema contracts, model selection, fallback behavior, and failure modes. “The model got it wrong” is a product bug you are expected to diagnose and specify a fix for — not escalate.

2. You use these models to do the product work. You will write specs, generate structured data, produce working HTML prototypes, run evaluation batches, and analyze output quality using the same models the products run on. Our specs ship as machine-readable handoff sets, and prototypes ship with live model stubs. If your definition of a spec is a Confluence page of prose, this role will be uncomfortable.

What you’ll actually do

  • Own one or more product lines — outcomes, roadmap, sequencing, and the quality bar
  • Write the spec set engineering builds from: product spec, engineering spec, model spec, and handoff readiness — decisions resolved, not deferred
  • Design the agent behavior — prompt architecture, output schemas, deterministic vs. model-decided logic, guardrails, and what happens when the model is wrong or the tool call fails
  • Build prototypes yourself — working HTML with live model calls, ahead of engineering commitment, so we argue about a thing instead of a document
  • Define and run evaluations — build eval sets, score output batches, set ship/no-ship thresholds, and drive prompt and model iteration off measured results rather than vibes
  • Make the model tradeoffs — model choice, context strategy, latency, token cost per unit of output, fine-tune vs. prompt vs. retrieval
  • Work directly with engineering, GenAI, and design on daily execution; hold the line on schema and interface contracts between agents
  • Interface with customers and enterprise partners, including US-based partners with real security, privacy, and compliance review processes
  • Instrument and read the data — usage, quality, cost, and drift — and act on it

What we’re looking for

Required

  • 4+ years in product management, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Demonstrated hands-on work with LLM / agent products: prompt design, structured output, retrieval, tool/function calling, evaluation. We will ask you to walk through something you shipped in detail.
  • Fluency using AI tooling in your own workflow — specs, prototypes, analysis, code reading
  • Ability to read code and API contracts well enough to review a schema, follow a pipeline, and spot a bad interface
  • Track record of shipping — features live, in customers’ hands, with measured outcomes
  • Strong written communication; you can take a technical decision and make it legible to a CEO and to an engineer in the same document
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and short cycles

Preferred

  • Degree in AI/ML, Engineering, CS, or a related technical field
  • Direct experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic/Claude, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration stacks
  • Experience with voice AI, agentic workflows, or multi-agent systems
  • Experience with fine-tuning, dataset curation, or model performance analysis
  • Experience working with US customers and enterprise partners
  • SMB or marketing-technology domain knowledge

What this role is not

  • Not a backlog-grooming or ticket-triage role
  • Not a role where AI strategy is delegated to a data science team you email
  • Not a role where a spec can end with “TBD, engineering to decide”

What we offer

  • Fully remote
  • Genuine ownership of a product line, with the latitude to shape it
  • Work at the current frontier of applied AI product development — agent systems, evals, voice, and multi-model orchestration in production
  • A small, high-context team that moves quickly and argues about the work
  • Real impact on the small businesses our customers serve

Apply if you’re a product manager who builds with these models daily and wants to own products made of them.

Product Business Solution Manager at Abacus Insights

Translates healthcare business needs into precise data requirements and technical designs, bridging client challenges with engineering solutions.

Mid Posted 10 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Us

Abacus Insights is transforming how data works for health plans. Our mission is simple: make healthcare data usable, so the people responsible for care and cost decisions can act faster, with confidence.

We help health plans break down data silos to create a single, trusted data foundation. That foundation powers better decisions—so plans can improve outcomes, reduce waste, and deliver better experiences for members and providers alike. Backed by $100M from top investors, we’re tackling big challenges in an industry that’s ready for change. Our platform enables GenAI use cases by delivering clean, connected, and reliable healthcare data to support automation, prioritization, and decision workflows—and it’s why we are leading the way.

Our innovation begins with people. We are bold, curious, and collaborative—because the best ideas come from working together. We embrace the thoughtful use of AI and automation to drive innovation and efficiency, and we look for individuals who are curious and adaptable—those excited to leverage emerging technologies to enhance how we work—while keeping human insight, connection, and our clients at the center of every decision.

Ready to make an impact? Join us and let’s build the future together.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between a client’s business need and the design that delivers it. You’ll own the definition and quality of business requirements throughout an engagement, making sure business intent, scope, and success criteria are unambiguous, then carry that understanding through to the design itself so what reaches the developers is clean and buildable rather than a set of open questions.

Doing that well takes two things at once: command of healthcare business context, and the data literacy to work directly in the data. This is a client-facing role, so you’ll translate complex healthcare challenges into precise requirements, and you’ll have the technical fluency to reason about how those requirements become a working design.

No engagement lives in isolation. A data model built for one client’s use case can share structure with a completely different client’s need; a transformation rule written for one state’s requirements often anticipates the next state’s. You’ll need to see each requirement as part of a larger system — of clients, states, use cases, and data flows — and make design choices that hold up across that system, not just for the request in front of you.

Our clients are US health plans and the partners who serve them, and the engagements span everything it takes to make their data usable. That can mean standardizing and migrating data onto a new platform, meeting evolving regulatory and compliance mandates, or powering the broader analytics and reporting programs that drive payer performance — across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business.

Your day to day

Own the Requirements-to-Design Arc

  • Lead discovery sessions with client subject matter experts to understand the why and what behind each use case: the business context, pain points, expected outcomes, and success criteria, rather than just the surface-level data ask.
  • Translate each use case into a set of clear, testable requirements, with the success criteria and non-functional requirements that define what done looks like, keeping full traceability from business need to requirement.
  • Document the requirements unambiguously for the client and downstream teams, then translate them into a design the developers can build from: the source-to-target data flow, transformation logic, and business rules that produce the intended output.
  • Determine the appropriate grain and structure of a dataset given the business context, so the design answers the real question rather than an approximation of it — and trace how that grain decision ripples into every downstream report, model, or program that consumes the data.
  • Map the dependencies before finalizing a design: which other workstreams, reports, or client use cases touch this same data, and how a change here could break or benefit them.
  • Apply systems thinking as a default habit, not an exception: recognize when a design built for one client, state, or use case can become a reusable pattern, and actively design toward that reuse rather than discovering it in hindsight.

Work Hands-On With Data

  • Write and execute SQL to analyze and probe data, test assumptions, and prototype throughout requirements and design. Hands-on data work is core to this role, not occasional.

Be the Client-Facing Anchor

  • Drive requirements-gathering and clarification conversations with clients, since incomplete or poorly elicited requirements undermine everything built downstream.
  • Represent client intent throughout the engagement and remain an active point of contact through delivery.
  • Translate fluently between business and technical audiences, so both sides share the same understanding.

Collaborate Across Delivery

  • Be the central node connecting the client and the internal team, holding the business context and design drivers that shape the build.
  • Act as the client’s SME for Solution Architects, Product, QA, Account Management, and Program Management, giving them clean hand-offs with the context, business rules, and logic they need to execute without rework or reinterpretation.
  • Hold the wider view across a multi-workstream engagement: understand how a decision made for one workstream affects the others, and flag those ripple effects before they surface as rework.

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years working in the US healthcare domain and with healthcare data (claims, provider, membership/eligibility, benefits, prior authorization, or PBM).
  • Payer experience required — direct experience working with or for a US health plan (Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial), whether in-house or through healthcare consulting.
  • Working command of core payer concepts such as membership/enrollment, provider, claims, and authorizations, enough to reason about business context rather than specialize narrowly in any one area.
  • Able to write and execute SQL to explore, probe, and prototype against data. SQL is required; exposure to Databricks or Snowflake is desirable. This is distinct from a software or data engineering background.
  • Experience eliciting and authoring business requirements in complex, data-driven environments.
  • Confident client-facing communication; able to drive a conversation and elicit requirements clearly.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and re-prioritizing frequently across a large, multi-workstream engagement.
  • Demonstrated systems thinking: a track record of designing for reuse and scale across states, clients, or use cases rather than solving each case in isolation — able to trace how a single requirement or data model decision affects other parts of a larger data ecosystem, and to weigh those second-order effects when making design trade-offs.

What we would like to see, but not required

  • Background that already blends business analysis with hands-on data work, such as a Business Analyst or Business Data Analyst role.
  • Familiarity with HEDIS and Stars quality reporting, risk adjustment, payment integrity, value-based care analytics, provider data management, or CMS interoperability (CMS-0057).
  • Working knowledge of data modeling concepts, including how the grain and structure of a dataset shape its downstream use.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid data or PBM platforms.

Compensation: Compensation for this role is based on experience, skills, and location, and includes base salary plus eligibility for performance bonuses and equity grants.

What you’ll get in return

  • Unlimited paid time off – recharge when you need it
  • Work from anywhere – flexibility to fit your life
  • Comprehensive health coverage – multiple plan options to choose from
  • Equity for every employee – share in our success

Product Product Manager at AllCares

Own the operator-facing product roadmap for an iGaming affiliate platform, from customer discovery and strategy to delivery, with opportunities to shape AI-driven features.

Mid Posted 12 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role

We’re looking for someone who feels how iGaming Operators run their affiliate programs: how they acquire players through affiliates, evaluate traffic quality, structure commissions, detect fraud, and optimize offers across regulated markets. You get the mechanics under the hood, not just the business view: postbacks, S2S, attribution, CPA/RevShare/hybrid.

You’ll own the Operator side of our product - from strategy and customer discovery to roadmap and delivery. For the right person, this role opens a path into product leadership.

About Scaleo

Scaleo powers affiliate programs for iGaming operators and networks globally. We process millions of events daily across the Globe .

We’re a lean, modern team of 40 - we move fast, make data-driven decisions, and build on a modern tech stack. We’re now transforming into an AI-first platform - rethinking how operators manage, optimize, and scale their affiliate partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Own the Operator product

  • Drive the product roadmap for operator-facing features - onboarding, dashboards, reporting, compliance tools, program management
  • Make prioritization decisions based on what operators actually need, not assumptions

Live in the operator’s world

  • Spend real time with operators - interviews, calls, event meetings
  • Understand how they evaluate affiliate quality, manage multi-brand/multi-geo programs, and handle compliance across jurisdictions
  • Track regulatory changes, new market openings, and shifts in operator needs

Partner with Product Marketing on operator positioning

  • Work with Marketing department to translate product capabilities into operator-facing messaging, battle cards, and sales enablement materials
  • Provide domain context for competitive positioning against Income Access, NetRefer, MyAffiliates

Drive execution

  • Work with engineering to ship in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment
  • Define success metrics, measure outcomes, iterate based on data

Shape the AI direction for Operators

  • Identify where AI and automation can solve real operator problems — fraud detection, offer optimization, compliance checks, reporting
  • Partner with the founding team to ensure AI features solve real problems and ship at quality

Own your delivery

  • Run your own delivery cadence with engineering - each PM owns their own process, no separate scrum-master layer

Who You Are

Affiliate tracking mechanics - the core gate (must have):

  • You understand how affiliate tracking actually works: attribution (click → registration → FTD → recurring), commission models (CPA / RevShare / hybrid), affiliate postbacks - from configuring and troubleshooting them, not reading about them
  • You’ve hit the real problems: lost conversions, attribution disputes, mis-tracked deals and know why they happen

iGaming Operator domain (must have):

  • Direct, hands-on experience on the operator side - running or building an operator’s own affiliate program
  • You understand fraud patterns, player economics, and affiliate quality evaluation - from working with them, not reading about them

Product skills (must have):

  • 3+ years in Product Management
  • Strong discovery skills - you talk to customers, prioritize ruthlessly, validate before building
  • You think in systems and outcomes, not feature lists

Communication (must have):

  • Good spoken English skills - this is a customer-facing role; you’ll run operator interviews and present regularly
  • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and customers

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI-powered or data-driven product features
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Affilka, MyAffiliates, Income Access, NetRefer)
  • Experience managing or mentoring PMs

What We Offer

  • Fully remote work
  • Product-first culture with high ownership and real impact
  • Work directly with the CEO and founding team
  • Annual salary review
  • Flexible paid vacation and sick leave
  • Company-funded learning and professional development
  • Equity/ESOP discussion for product leadership track
