Turnitin is a global organization with team members in over 35 countries including the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, India, and the Philippines.

Job Description

The Team:

The Product Marketing team at Turnitin is curious, customer-centric, data-driven, and collaborative. We’re responsible for the global go-to-market strategy for Turnitin’s portfolio of academic integrity and assessment solutions. The team collaborates cross-functionally with product management, corporate marketing, demand marketing, and global sales to develop positioning and messaging, content assets, campaigns, and sales tools in support of product revenue and customer engagement goals. The team is also responsible for competitive analysis and positioning.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead how we communicate our approach to data privacy, security, AI and data use, and accessibility to customers and the broader market.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Security, Privacy/Legal, AI, Accessibility, Sales, and Marketing. You will translate complex technical and policy topics into clear, credible, customer-friendly messaging that builds trust and helps customers understand how we protect their data, use AI responsibly, and design accessible products.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, technology marketing, or a related field, preferably within B2B SaaS, education technology, enterprise software, or another highly regulated or trust-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clear market-facing positioning and messaging for data privacy, security, AI data use, responsible AI practices, and accessibility across our product portfolio.
  • Communicate How We Use Customer Data: Clearly articulate how customer and user data is collected, processed, stored, protected, retained, and used within our products, partnering closely with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Product teams to ensure accuracy.
  • Lead AI Transparency Communications: Own customer-facing communications explaining where and how AI is used across our products, what data AI features access, how that data is handled, and whether and under what circumstances customer data is used to train or improve AI models.
  • Maintain External Trust & Transparency Resources: Own and continuously improve external-facing web content and resources that provide customers with easy-to-understand information about our security, privacy, AI, data-use, and accessibility practices.
  • Translate Technical Concepts for Customers: Turn complex security architectures, privacy practices, AI technologies, accessibility standards, and regulatory requirements into language that customers, educators, administrators, procurement teams, and business leaders can readily understand.
  • Enable Sales and Customer-Facing Teams: Develop training, playbooks, FAQs, objection-handling guidance, presentations, and talk tracks that help Sales, Customer Success, and other customer-facing teams confidently discuss security, privacy, AI data use, and accessibility.
  • Support Customer and Procurement Conversations: Partner with Sales, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to address common customer questions and concerns arising during evaluations, procurement processes, security reviews, and renewals.
  • Create a Consistent Source of Truth: Establish and maintain approved messaging so that Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Privacy, and Security communicate consistently about these topics.
  • Partner on Product Launches: Ensure new products and features—particularly those involving AI or new uses of customer data—have appropriate trust, privacy, security, and accessibility messaging as part of launch readiness.
  • Drive Proactive Customer Communication: Identify emerging topics that may create customer questions or concerns and develop proactive communications before they become barriers to adoption or renewal.
  • Monitor the Market and Regulatory Landscape: Stay informed about evolving expectations and regulations related to AI, privacy, security, and accessibility and help translate those developments into implications for product positioning and customer communication.
  • Represent the Voice of the Customer: Bring recurring customer questions and concerns back to Product, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Accessibility teams to influence product decisions, policies, documentation, and roadmap priorities.

What success looks like:

Customers can quickly understand how we protect their data, how AI is used in our products, whether their data is used to train AI models, and how we approach accessibility. Sales and Customer Success teams can confidently answer these questions without unnecessarily escalating routine inquiries, and our external communications consistently reinforce trust in our products and company.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in product marketing, product management, technology marketing, or a related B2B SaaS role.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical or regulated topics into clear, compelling customer-facing communications.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal/Privacy, Sales, and Customer Success organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS data privacy and security concepts; familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and accessibility is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing sales enablement programs, messaging frameworks, FAQs, competitive materials, or customer-facing product documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating topics where technical capabilities, regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and market positioning intersect.
  • Ability to build credibility with technical and legal subject-matter experts while maintaining a strong customer and commercial perspective.
  • Must be able to regularly flex schedule across global time zones to further One Team collaboration and execute within a global function.

Additional Information

The expected annual base salary range for this position is: $87,615/year to $146,025/year. This position is bonus eligible.

Marketing Demand Generation Manager at Seer Interactive

Owns demand generation campaigns, marketing automation workflows, newsletter strategy, event programs, and reporting KPIs across HubSpot and multi-channel distribution.

Mid Posted about 24 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Role:  Seer is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own the systems, programs, and measurement infrastructure behind our demand gen strategy. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role on a 3-person marketing team, reporting to Director of Marketing. You’ll own HubSpot campaigns and programs as our MOPs owner, newsletter growth and engagement, webinar and digital event programs (including owned and third-party event registration through conversion), lifecycle nurture programs, demand gen asset coordination, automations for tracking, flagging, and repurposing content across channels, and KPI ownership and reporting on outbound MQLs, program conversion, and event engagement.

This role is not a content creation role, blog and editorial live with our content team, so you’ll focus on distribution, repurposing, and program performance. We’re looking for someone who has actually built in a marketing automation platform: built workflows, set up campaigns and emails, run a newsletter, not just logged into one. Experience with events across different regional markets is a plus, and industry background matters less than platform depth.

Role Highlights:

  • Campaigns: Build and run demand campaigns end to end, sequencing what the team produces across email, social, events, comms, paid, and outbound rather than letting it ship one-off
  • Programs: Own our newsletters end to end: strategy, curation, production, reporting. Own the Signal webinar series and our event and conference presence, from promotion through logistics through follow-up
  • PR, comms, and 3rd-party presence: Run the programs that put us in front of new audiences (press and referral partners, and the conferences where our people speak), and convert that exposure into owned-audience growth and warm conversations handed to growth.
  • Execution in HubSpot: Own our HubSpot instance end to end, build and launch campaigns, emails, workflows, and lifecycle steps, and maintain the architecture as our MOPs owner
  • Distribution loop: Take what our content team writes & publishes, test formats and channels, read performance, and scale what works
  • Measurement: Own program KPIs and marketing reporting. Keep a defensible view of what’s working that informs what we build next
  • Applied AI: use AI to accelerate program production, enablement, and case study work without flattening our voice

Essential Skills

  • You’ve run B2B demand generation end to end: campaigns, newsletters, webinars, events, and owned the number attached to them
  • You’ve been hands-on in a marketing automation platform. You’ve built and launched in HubSpot or comparable, not just briefed someone else to
  • You have strong program management instincts: you can hold a campaign map and a run-of-show for a webinar in your head at the same time
  • You have strong writing skills (though you’ll have content support) and can execute a case study or review blog posts as needed
  • You believe in building repeatable systems over one-off execution

Bonus

  • You have hands-on channel experience in more than one discipline (e.g., SEO + Paid, or Paid + Analytics)
  • You have a background in Client Engagement, Account Management, or a client-facing strategy role and have been responsible for organic account growth
  • You have experience in a digital agency environment where you’ve pitched or contributed to pitches for new clients
  • You have familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

30/60/90

30 Days

  • Learn the systems, the data, and the current program calendar

  • Begin take over newsletter production

  • Help Establish the performance-tracking rhythm and 3⁄6-month targets

60 Days

  • Take on the webinar program end to end, including promotion and logistics

  • Run one campaign end to end across at least three channels

  • Take on day-to-day HubSpot campaign execution from RevOps

90 days

  • Support building measurement system for program performance in place

  • Put trackable reporting for campaigns, events, and enablement in place

  • Propose and implement one net-new performance improvement

$90,000 - $105,000 a year

  • Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
  • Evaluation of comp at least once a year
  • Benefit highlights

What this role involves

Account Based Marketing Specialist

Location: United States

SweetRush has an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our Marketing team!

Who We Are

At SweetRush, we believe that when you put people at the center of business, magic happens. As a global leader in learning and development, we blend high-end storytelling, emerging tech like AI and VR, and deep psychological insights to help organizations—from iconic global brands to essential nonprofits—flourish. We are a remote-first, tight-knit community built on a foundation of radical empathy and creative excellence. Our work isn’t just about the awards we win with incredible partners such as Hilton, Google, Bridgestone, Adidas, SHRM, and numerous others; it’s about balancing profit with a genuine desire to spread good in the world. If you are a caring innovator who believes work should be life-centered and impactful, then this is where you come in…

About the Opportunity

Most account-based marketing fails for a simple reason: people try to scale personal connections using cookie-cutter templates. They swap a logo on a deck, throw a first name into an email subject line, and call it personalization. We don’t work that way, and we’re looking for an ABM Specialist who doesn’t either.

In this role, you’ll be looking at our most critical accounts as groups of actual human beings with specific challenges, pressures, and goals. Your job is to take what our sales and marketing teams know about these accounts and turn it into thoughtful, creative outreach that makes a learning leader pause and think, “Finally, someone who actually gets what we’re going through.”

SweetRush messaging is always deeply personal and deeply human. What you create should feel authentic and real - not blending in with an ocean of AI-created emails.

You need to know the learning and development world well enough to speak its language without sounding like a textbook. You should be as comfortable digging into data to see what’s working as you are coming up with a creative concept that breaks through the noise. Most importantly, you bring genuine curiosity and respect for the craft. This is a pro-active position for someone who will take the lead to think about how we can build something useful, memorable, and human for the real people on the other side of the screen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns specifically targeting the L&D industry.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership (Directors and Account Management Team Lead) to identify, prioritize, and refine target accounts and buyer personas.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms and owned assets to drive engagement within key accounts.
  • Design and run synchronized ABM “plays” across channels, ensuring consistent and personalized messaging that aligns with SweetRush’s voice and brand.
  • Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Support alignment between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and consistent follow-through.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Design teams to develop on-brand, high-impact campaigns and assets.
  • Write tailored communication assets such as emails, brochures, and landing pages to support account engagement.
  • Maintain and manage campaign data within CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Ensure close attention to detail in campaign execution, reporting, and data integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing.
  • Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and/or demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B service company marketing strategies and buyer journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent campaign management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.

Type of Hire: Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.

THE OPPORTUNITY

ROLE:

Ivalua is looking for a hands-on Global Customer Marketing Manager to own customer marketing execution across 3 geographies. Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, this is the person who supports strategy building, plan writing, and turns it into activity: the campaigns and assets our customers engage with, the relationships that turn users into advocates, the stories that prove our value, and the tactics that grow revenue inside the accounts we already have.

You will own our customer journeys end to end, including advocacy, reference curation, and digital and demand generation into the install-base. You will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing to keep a consistent voice of the customer running through everything we do.

This is a role for someone who runs on data. You will use customer, product usage, and pipeline data to decide who to target, what to build, and where to invest (media, networks, audiences, vertical, etc.)—and you will hold yourself accountable to hard numbers on adoption, advocacy, and expansion. Instinct matters, but the plan is built on evidence.

You will partner with your Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Strategic Account Management to understand analytics and support ABM enhancement, our engagement model, governance, and measurement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

360° including Customer Experience

  • Own globally delivered nurture and upsell programs: Plan, manage, and execute customer programs end-to-end, liaise with Event Marketing, direct promotion flows and messaging around strategic priorities, and pursue white space to support a 360° and consistent progressive customer journey.
  • Support traffic to key events (e.g. Ivalua Now), post-event engagement, and lead management: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to fill the room with the right customers and prospects, and tie every event attendance to clear pipeline, adoption, or advocacy outcomes.
  • Support and value ABM strategy: Within ABM project team, be part of key segment definition, support 1:1 and cluster planning and maintenance, and create governance structure (cadence meetings, analytics collection, regular workshops, etc.)
  • Develop value and visibility of reference base: Curate, nurture, and manage a healthy pipeline of reference customers, advocates, and speakers, and keep the reference program organized and responsive for sales and analyst relations.
  • Voice of the customer: Act as a connector between markets and internal teams, surfacing your program feedback and success signals to Product Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Demand Generation in the Install Base

  • Generate expansion demand: Design and run campaigns that drive cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts — nurtures, webinars, in-product and email programs, and event follow-up that create qualified expansion opportunities.
  • Target with data: Use whitespace, product use cases, and account health data to identify the highest-propensity expansion accounts and prioritize where to spend effort.
  • Partner on pipeline: Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen to target the right accounts and modules, hand off leads cleanly, and track influenced pipeline.
  • Segment & personalize: Tailor messaging and offers to executive, business, and practitioner personas based on where each account is in its adoption journey.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure what matters: Define the metrics that matter for each program — digital moves and event ROI, advocacy participation, content usage and format development, influenced and sourced pipeline — and report on them clearly to leadership.
  • Turn data into decisions: Analyze customer, engagement, and pipeline data to spot patterns, test hypotheses, and reallocate effort toward what works. Treat every program as a measurable experiment.
  • Build the dashboards: Own the reporting for North American customer marketing, keeping performance visible and current in tools like the CRM, marketing automation platform, and spreadsheets or BI dashboards.
  • Cross-functional execution: Collaborate daily with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications to deliver coordinated customer marketing across North America.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

  • Experience: 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong core in customer marketing, advocacy, digital or lifecycle marketing at an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Digital marketing (email, web, media and social media): Proven, hands-on experience planning and running cross-media, programmatic campaigns from very opportunistic tactics to longer term nurturing.
  • Account Based Marketing experience: Comfortable with “reverse planning”’ approach, starting from clients, with early partnership in marketing operations with Sales, with evergreen results monitoring.
  • Relationship Builder: A track record of building genuine relationships with enterprise customers and turning them into references, advocates, and speakers.
  • AI savvy: Demonstrated ability to employ, accelerate your tasks, expand your knowledge or campaign visibility with available AI capabilities in your environment, ability to prompt and clearly define agents setting.
  • Demand Gen Instinct: Experience running campaigns that generate demand and expansion pipeline from an existing customer base, and comfort working alongside Sales toward revenue goals.
  • Data & Analytics: Genuinely comfortable with data — you can segment an account base, read a pipeline report, build and interpret dashboards, and use metrics to defend decisions. Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, and spreadsheets or BI tools is expected.
  • SaaS Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise customer journeys, ideally in SaaS, procurement, or supply chain technology environments.
  • Execution & Ownership: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to run multiple programs at once in a fast-moving environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Education: Preferred University degree in Marketing or equivalent experience with proven skills in customer marketing.
