Lead technical analytics implementations and strategy for a growing practice, building GA4/GTM infrastructure while advising clients on measurement and attribution.
Siege Media is a full-service GEO agency specializing in SEO, content marketing, digital PR, and affiliate marketing as a method of driving LLM visibility. We work with brands like Zapier, Asana, HP, PayPal, and Zoom. We’re expanding our service suite to include Analytics, and we’re looking for the founding hire to build and lead that practice.
Perks for U.S. employees include 100% health, dental, and vision benefits, unlimited PTO, and remote-friendly work environments (with a preference for Austin or a willingness to travel for periodic team gatherings).
Siege Media values diversity. We encourage people of color, LGBTQIA+ folks, veterans, parents and those with disabilities to apply. We are committed to helping all people succeed at Siege. If you require reasonable accommodation to complete our application or interview process, please let us know.
This is a hybrid implementer/strategist role. You’ll be hands-on building the technical foundation (GA4, GTM, attribution, dashboards) and the authority in the room, translating data into strategy and defending it directly with clients. You’ll own the Analytics service line from the ground up: setting standards, scoping engagements, and growing the practice as demand builds.
If you only want to build, or only want to advise, this isn’t the role. We need someone who can do both and is excited to shape a new offering.
Implementations: Lead end-to-end analytics implementations: GA4, Google Tag Manager (including server-side tagging), data layer architecture, and conversion tracking.
Reporting & Dashboards: Design and build reporting and dashboards (Looker Studio, BigQuery, and equivalent BI tools).
Attribution Strategy: Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks that tie organic, content, and PR efforts to business outcomes.
Client Advisory: Serve as the analytics authority on client calls — presenting insights, fielding questions, and guiding strategy with confidence.
Internal Partnership: Partner with GEO, SEO, content, affiliate, paid social and PR teams to instrument campaigns and prove impact.
Compliance: Ensure privacy and consent compliance (consent mode, data governance) across implementations.
Practice Building: Set the standards, processes, and deliverable templates for a scalable Analytics practice.
Sales Support: Scope and price new analytics engagements alongside the Growth team.
Brand Strategy: Use our Analytics infrastructure with historical data to help develop differentiated content strategies for the Siege Media brand.
7–10 years in marketing or web analytics, with a mix of agency and/or in-house experience
Dedicated experience using AI to build analytics dashboards/scaled recommendations, including but not limited to Claude artifacts for reporting and agentic workflows
Deep, hands-on GA4 and GTM expertise, including server-side tagging and data layer design
Strong SQL and experience with BigQuery and BI/visualization tools (Looker Studio or similar)
Proven attribution modeling and measurement strategy chops
Demonstrated client-facing presence — you can lead a call, not just join one
Ability to translate technical data into clear, strategic recommendations a CMO understands
Familiarity with privacy regulations and consent management
Strong comfort using AI tools like Claude to drive analytics recommendations and scale your impact at an organization
Experience measuring SEO/content/GEO performance, or exposure to AI search analytics
Salary: $135,000.00–$145,000.00 USD, $145,000.00-$165,000.00 OTE
Benefits: Full benefits for employees include 100% health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching and unlimited PTO
Location: Remote-friendly, with a preference for Austin, TX or a willingness to travel for periodic team gatherings

Staff analyst leads high-impact analytics work across sales, GTM, and product domains using SQL, Python, and AI tools to drive data-informed business decisions.
The Central Sales Analytics team at MongoDB sits at the center of how we understand and improve the performance of our revenue engine. While this role is rooted in Sales Analytics, its scope is broader and spans key parts of the GTM organization. This team partners closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, FP&A, Compensation, GTM Tech, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions across pipeline, productivity, forecasting, product adoption, and overall business performance.
We are looking for a Sr/Staff Analyst who can operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on builder. This person will lead high-impact analytics work, translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans, and develop scalable data products that help leaders make better decisions faster. The right candidate combines strong business judgment with deep technical fluency in SQL and Python, and is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while independently driving complex work from scoping through execution.
This role also sits at an important intersection of GTM, Product, and Technology. In select cases, this person will work with Product and Technical teams to connect GTM insights with product signals and customer behavior, especially across GTM Tech, Atlas Core, and Emerging Products. There is also a strong expectation that this person brings an AI-forward mindset, using leading AI technologies and platforms to accelerate analysis, improve workflows, and build scalable insight-generation capabilities.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.
This role will help shape how MongoDB uses data to make better decisions across the revenue engine. The person in this seat will influence how we measure performance, identify growth opportunities, improve operational execution, and connect GTM outcomes more tightly to customer behavior, product adoption, and emerging opportunities across the business.
By combining strong business judgment, deep technical analytics capability, and an AI-forward approach, this analyst will help MongoDB move faster, make better decisions, and build scalable insight capabilities that benefit teams well beyond Sales Analytics.

Delivers reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis while providing flexible support to data science projects, testing models, and maintaining data infrastructure.
Spotlight Sports Group is a global media and technology company with a clear purpose, to set the standard for trusted, customer-driven experiences across global racing and sports betting. Guided by our mission to create experiences that fans love, we combine more than 40 years of heritage with bold innovation to deliver award-winning content, data and digital products. With over 400 employees worldwide, our portfolio includes Racing Post, Pickswise, myracing and Free Super Tips, as well as the international marketing agency ICS-digital and ICS-translate. Together, we partner with leading operators, affiliates and media groups to power growth and engagement across the industry.
This Data Analyst (Data Science Support) role sits within our Data Intelligence Unit and splits its time between core Analyst-function delivery and Data Science support across Racing and Sports. Day to day, the role delivers reporting, dashboards and analysis as part of the wider Analyst team. When the Data Science function needs it, whether that’s covering the Lead Data Scientist during absence or high demand, or absorbing overflow when multiple B2B Data Science projects land at the same time, the role flexes into Data Science support.
This role is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys moving between structured analyst work and more exploratory data science problem-solving, and who is comfortable operating at the intersection of the two disciplines. An interest in data science and statistical modelling is helpful for context, but strong core analyst skills and the flexibility to pick up Data Science work are essential.
Key accountabilities:
Reporting & Analysis: Deliver reporting, dashboards and ad hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders as part of the Analyst team’s regular workload, and maintain the data roadmap dashboards and associated tracking.
Data Science Cover: Provide cover for the Lead Data Scientist during absence or periods of high demand, reducing the single point of failure risk in the consolidated Data Science function.
Overflow Capacity: Absorb overflow capacity when multiple B2B Data Science projects are running concurrently, supporting delivery without disrupting core Analyst-team output.
Production Support: Support ad hoc manual runs and production tasks tied to the SiQ platform (Group Racing Platform, Python scripts, Sports Data Platform).
Model Testing: Assist with testing and validation of new or updated Data Science models under the Lead Data Scientist’s direction.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Racing, Sports and B2B stakeholders on data requests, keeping practices consistent with wider Data function standards.
Strong analytical skillset, with hands-on experience querying and manipulating data (SQL essential).
Confident working in Excel for reporting, tracking and ad hoc analysis.
Working knowledge of Python, or a clear ability to pick it up quickly.
Comfortable moving between structured, day-to-day analyst work and more exploratory data science problem-solving.
Clear, confident communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
We offer a range of well-being initiatives, including private medical insurance, excellent parental leave, a working globally policy, mental health support, assistance programs, and social gatherings. We also provide a pension scheme and various other benefit schemes. Plus, we all get our birthdays off work and enjoy 25 days of holiday per year.
We’ve also got you covered with life assurance and exclusive perks like the Star card and our Step Further Awards (our employee recognition program) to recognise your dedication. For those working via the hybrid model (in the office and at home) we’ve made commuting easier with our Season Ticket Loan and Cycle to Work Scheme.
You can also take advantage of complimentary access to our Racing Post Members Club, complete with an Ultimate Membership. We believe in making a positive impact beyond the workplace, and you’ll have the chance to volunteer two days per year with our charity partner.
